Promotion Rules

No purchase is necessary. These rules apply to all free coins, gifts, rewards, and prizes offered on Kirgo.us. Offer amounts vary and are listed on each offer, as well as on the Promotions, Races, and Kirgo Club pages.
1. About these rules
1.1. These rules apply to every promotion on kirgo.us, including:
• Sign-up gifts • The daily bonus • Coin package offers • Kirgo Club rewards • Races, missions, and challenges • Chat rain
1.2. They're listed alongside the Terms of Use and the Sweepstakes Rules. 1.3. Each promotion may have its own terms. If they differ from these rules, the promotion-specific terms apply. 1.4. By taking part in a promotion, you accept these rules.
2. Who can take part
2.1. You must be at least 21 years old and live in a state where Kirgo is available. See the Sweepstakes Rules for a list of excluded states. 2.2. One account is allowed per person. Each offer may be used only once per person, household, email address, IP address, payment method, and device. 2.3. If your account is excluded, on a break, suspended, or closed, you cannot take part in any promotion.
3. Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins
• Gold Coins (GC): For fun only. GC have no prize value, cannot be redeemed, and do not count toward Club rewards, Races, or missions. • Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional coins. SC are never sold. Once you play through them, eligible SC can be redeemed for prizes.
3.1. SC come free with some Gold Coin packages, and from the free methods in section 4. 3.2. Only SC play counts toward promotions. GC play never does.
4. Free ways to get Sweeps Coins
4.1. You never need to buy anything to get SC. Free methods include:
• A sign-up gift • A special action event gift • A daily bonus, once a day (resets at midnight Eastern Time) • Mail-in requests • Missions, Races, challenges, and other promotions
4.2. SC from a mail-in request have the same play and redemption rights as SC from any other source. 4.3. Current amounts are on the Promotions page. Mail-in steps are in the Sweepstakes Rules.
5. Playthrough
5.1. All SC earned through promotions, including chat rain, must be played through once before they can be redeemed. 5.2. Example: 10 SC from a promotion means 10 SC of play before those SC can be redeemed. 5.3. Only SC play counts. GC play does not. 5.4. Redemption limits and steps are in the Sweepstakes Rules.
6. Claiming rewards
6.1. Most rewards wait for you to claim them on the site. If you do not claim a reward in time, it expires.
• Level-up rewards: No expiry • Instant rakeback: No expiry • Daily rakeback: 24 hours • Weekly rakeback: 7 days, from Monday 00:00 UTC • Monthly rakeback: 1 month, from the 1st • Race prizes, missions, challenges, offers: As stated in each promotion
7. Races
7.1. A Race runs every week, from Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59 UTC. 7.2. You earn Race points by playing with SC. GC play earns no points unless it's part of a GC race. 7.3. Points are adjusted for each game type so all games compete on even terms. Feature buys do not earn points. 7.4. You can find the prize pool, number of prize places, and prizes for each place on the Races page. 7.5. Prizes are paid out after the Race ends and are subject to a 1x playthrough requirement. 7.6. Kirgo staff, their families, and test accounts are not permitted to participate.
8. Missions and challenges
8.1. Each mission requires playing a set amount of GC or SC by a deadline and displays the target, reward, and code. 8.2. Enter the mission code to claim your reward. Each player can claim each mission reward once. 8.3. The first player to hit the target wins. Each challenge lists the game, target, and prize. 8.4. Mission and challenge rewards carry 1x playthrough.
9. Kirgo Club
9.1. Every player is part of the Kirgo Club. Play with SC to earn experience points (XP). 9.2. XP moves you up the tiers. Your tier never goes down. 9.3. Each level rewards you with a level-up bonus, and every tier pays rakeback. See rates and rewards on the Kirgo Club page. 9.4. Club rewards carry a 1x playthrough.
10. Fair play
10.1. Free SC are for players, not farming. We may cancel SC, rewards, or prizes, deny redemptions, and close accounts for any of the following.
Free coin farming • More than one account per person, or accounts opened for family, friends, or anyone else to collect extra free SC • Daily bonus, sign-up, or mail-in SC claimed through bots, scripts, or shared devices • Mail-in requests that are copied, printed, bulk-sent, sent for someone else, or over the daily limit
Moving SC between players • Passing SC from one account to another, through games, chat rain, or any other route • Two or more players working together in a Race, mission, or challenge • Joining chat rain from more than one account, or posting in chat only to qualify for it
Gaming the playthrough • Low-risk play to clear a playthrough, such as covering both red and black on roulette, or both sides of any game • Using a game error, site error, or promotion error
Identity and payments • An ID, address, or payment method that is not your own • A VPN or other tool used to hide your location • Disputing or reversing a coin package purchase after playing or redeeming its free SC
10.2. Redemptions aren't restricted by purchases. SC earned through free methods has the same redemption rights as SC received free in packages. 10.3. We review play and account activity to ensure promotions are fair. Our decision is final.
11. Changes to promotions
11.1. We may change, pause, or end any promotion at any time. 11.2. A reward you have already earned stays claimable within its claim window. 11.3. We may update these rules. The latest version is always on this page.
