These Rules set out how you collect, use, and redeem Sweeps Coins at Kirgo. Raining Games Inc. runs Kirgo. Read these Rules with the Kirgo Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gameplay
Policy, and Customer Eligibility Requirements (together, the "Policies").
Any word defined in the Policies but not here retains its meaning as defined in the Policies. For help, email support@kirgo.us.
Section 22 of the Terms of Use (Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) is part of these Rules. By taking part, you agree to it.
The sponsor and promoter is Raining Games Inc. ("Kirgo," "we," "our," or "us"), a company organized under the laws of California. Its address is 14511 Franklin Ave, Suite 200, Tustin, CA 92780.
Apple, Google, and Meta are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes and are not involved with it.
Account: Your registered user account on the Website.
Eligible Participant: A user who meets the rules in the Customer Eligibility Requirements and is allowed to use the Website and take part in the Games.
Game(s): Any game we offer on the Website.
Gold Coins: The in-game currency you use to play for fun. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for Prizes.
Participant (or you): An Eligible Participant who takes part in the Sweepstakes.
Permitted Territory: The United States, except Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and West Virginia. See the Customer Eligibility Requirements for the current list.
Playthrough Requirement: The number of times you must play a Sweeps Coin before you can redeem it. For example, 100 Sweeps Coins at 1x means you must play 100 Sweeps Coins before you can redeem them.
Prize: Cash or another reward you can redeem with eligible Sweeps Coins.
Sweeps Coins: The sweepstakes currency you can win and redeem for Prizes under these Rules is Sweeps Coins. They have no cash value on their own, and you cannot buy them.
Website: kirgo.us and any related app, subdomain, or successor site, along with all Games, tools, and services on it.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are 21 or older. Participants must be in a Permitted Territory. No entry is allowed from excluded states or where it is banned. The offer is void where prohibited.
You can't participate if you work for Raining Games Inc., its affiliates, or partners involved in the Sweepstakes. This also includes your immediate family and household members. Former employees and contractors are ineligible until three years after leaving. Prizes gained during testing or development are not redeemable.
By participating, you agree to these rules and understand that our decisions are final. To win a prize, you must meet all the requirements listed in these rules.
It is your responsibility to confirm that participating is legal where you live.
The monthly sweepstakes begins at midnight Eastern Time on the first day of each month and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on the last day. It automatically renews each month unless we provide 30 days' notice to end it. The official time is based on our server clock.
You need an active account to participate. Sign up for free at kirgo.us. You can't purchase Sweeps Coins, but you can earn them for free through various methods.
• Free bonus with a Gold Coin purchase. Some marked Gold Coin packs include free Sweeps Coins. The amount is shown on screen. All Gold Coin purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Daily bonus. You may get free Sweeps Coins when you log in if your balance is below a set threshold.
• Mystery bonus. We may award Sweeps Coins from time to time when you log in.
• Sign-up bonus. We may award Sweeps Coins when you join.
• Social connect bonus. We may award Sweeps Coins when you link a social or messaging account.
• Phone verification bonus. We may award Sweeps Coins when you verify your phone number.
• Social media giveaways. We may run free giveaways on our social pages. Follow the steps in each post. Extra rules may apply.
• Mail-in request. See Section 8.
We might impose a Playthrough Requirement on Sweeps Coins you receive, and this requirement could vary depending on the game, promotion, or region.
Get 2 free Sweeps Coins by mail! Send one request per envelope and follow these simple steps.
Please write the card by hand with clear, easy-to-read writing. Avoid using an autopen or copying methods. If your handwriting isn't clear, or if the code is expired, shared, or used by others, the request will be invalid. We may have a third party verify your handwriting. You will also need to pass identity verification before redeeming the Sweeps Coins.
If we suspect misuse, we might cancel your request, close your account, or ask for a video check. Please note that Sweeps Coins are lost if your account is closed for any reason.
You need to be the account holder of the email used to sign in. Use Sweeps Coins to play sweepstakes games for a chance to win more coins.
Only Sweeps Coins earned by playing can be exchanged for prizes after meeting the playthrough requirement. Coins from Sections 7 or 8 must be played at least once before redemption, and we may need up to 30 plays to qualify.
Automated or systematic play is not allowed. Using multiple accounts or collusion can lead to account closure and the loss of Sweeps Coins. Our rules on game management and payouts are final.
We may adjust or cancel Playthrough Requirements and invalidate ineligible Sweeps Coins or Prizes. You can give up your Sweeps Coins at any time, but this decision is final.
Potential winners will be verified before being confirmed. Our decisions are final. Just because the screen shows a win doesn't mean you're a winner until we verify your eligibility and your play passes all checks. Screenshots are not accepted as proof.
You might need to complete a KYC check before claiming your prize. This could involve showing a government ID, taking a face scan, providing proof of address, and verifying your Social Security number.
If we can't contact you, if you don't send us the necessary documents on time, if you don't meet the rules, or if a prize notice can't be delivered to you, you will lose the prize.
Your Sweeps Coins balance is visible in your account, but you cannot transfer or assign your prizes.
• Cash Prizes are paid in USD. We may require you to redeem using the same payment method you used to buy Gold Coins.
• Every 100 Sweeps Coins won through eligible play can be redeemed for a Prize valued at USD 100.
• You can redeem a minimum of 100 Sweeps Coins per day.
• Your details must match your Account before we pay a Prize.
• We process requests in the order we receive them. Checks may cause delays.
• We process one redemption request per Account within any 24 hours.
• In Florida, the most you can win on a single spin or play is 4,900 Sweeps Coins per 24 hours. Winnings above this are not paid.
• The most you can redeem in 24 hours is 9,900 Sweeps Coins.
For redemptions of 2,000 Sweeps Coins or more, we may perform additional anti-fraud checks, including requesting proof of income, photo ID, proof of address, and ownership of the payment method. Until these are completed, your redemption may be pending or declined. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or close your account if necessary.
It can take up to 30 days to process a prize, and verification might extend this time. Payments might be made in multiple installments, and processing times aren't guaranteed.
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your prize. If your winnings are over $600, you need to provide a valid Social Security number for tax reporting. We might also withhold some of your prize and appoint a payment agent to handle payments.
If we accidentally credit your account with Sweeps Coins or a prize, they remain our property. We may take them back or adjust your account accordingly. If you receive a prize that wasn't yours, you owe us that amount. Please contact support@kirgo.us if you notice a mistaken credit, and keep your transaction records.
Participating means you agree to follow the Policies, Rules, laws, and our final decisions.
You agree to release Raining Games Inc., along with its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, Prize suppliers, and everyone involved in the Sweepstakes, from any claims or liabilities. This includes issues such as negligence, privacy invasion, defamation, publicity rights, or IP rights, property damage, or personal injury that may occur from participating, winning, or using the Prize.
You agree to protect and defend the Released Parties from any claims or costs that come up because of your use of the Services or your activities involving Sweeps Coins.
Unless legally restricted, accepting a prize gives us and our agents permission to use your name, image, voice, hometown, and prize details for advertising in any media forever, without extra payment or approval. You confirm you have the right to give this permission.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://www.kirgo.us/privacy-policy.
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against anyone who intentionally harms the Sweepstakes or violates the rules. Disruptive behavior or tampering with entries can lead to disqualification and possible legal consequences.
Please avoid posting bullying, spiteful, or abusive comments on our social pages during the Sweepstakes or aimed at us. Such comments may be removed and could lead to disqualification. Not enforcing this rule right away doesn't mean it's waived.
We may cancel, pause, or modify the Sweepstakes or its rules at any time if unexpected issues arise, such as fraud or technical problems. We'll post notices on our website or social media. Continuing to participate after changes means you agree to them.
If your Sweeps Coins are lost or become corrupted through no error on your part, we will replace them with an equal amount of Sweeps Coins or Gold Coins, at our discretion.
To the extent the law allows, the Released Parties are not responsible for:
• Wrong information caused by you, a printing error, or equipment.
• Technical faults, such as failures or breaks in phone lines, hardware, or software.
• Unauthorized human action in the entry process.
• Technical or human errors in running the Sweepstakes.
• Injury or damage to person or property from your part in the Sweepstakes or your use or misuse of a Prize.
These rules are governed by California law. If any part is invalid, it will be removed, but the rest will stay in effect.
Unless the law says otherwise, any disputes will be handled through the process described in the Terms of Use, specifically Section 22 on Arbitration and the Class Action Waiver.
To get the winners list, email support@kirgo.us with "Winners List Request" as the subject and include the Sweepstakes month. Make sure to submit your request within 60 days of the Sweepstakes ending.
